I know you made your letter somewhat humourous, but I've been through similar days and it's NOT funny at the time. Hope you an catch up on some sleep and find moments to rest and be more joyful as the week continues. Do something relaxing and give yourself a treat!

<3 Cambria
jupefashion.blogspot.comJupe_Cambrianoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5586783510692897590.post-13363539696392894922012-04-01T21:38:58.897-07:002012-04-01T21:38:58.897-07:00I'm not sure what kind of moron doctor told yo...I'm not sure what kind of moron doctor told you there's nothing they can do.
First of, if you're having a lot of contractions, your doctor should check to make sure your cervix is not dilating. If the doctor has any suspicion that you're actually going into early labor, she could and SHOULD give medication that will stop the contractions. It doesn't always work, but it's better than nothing. Also, make sure to drink a lot, as dehydration can bring on contractions as well.
Hang in there, I know how scary it can be. Hopefully you will not have any more scares, but you should always fight for your rights when it comes to doctors and hospitals. Sometimes they tend to be lazy and brush off real concerns. Does your doctor/midwife have a call service through which she can be reached after hours? It's best to address your concerns to a doctor that's responsible for you, rather than a random Dr on call at the emergency room.Sophiehttp://breakfastatanthropologie.blogspot.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5586783510692897590.post-71029497170630062382012-03-29T19:08:16.123-07:002012-03-29T19:08:16.123-07:00oh dear...sorry to hear about your rough week. I ...oh dear...sorry to hear about your rough week. I had hard tummy periodically as well, not sure at which trimester. Maybe I had a small womb...when I was at full term, people still think I was at 24 weeks. When i was at 24 weeks, people didn't know I was pregnant. I was very petite to be begin with. But my baby was 8 pounds at birth. Hope you will have a good week ahead. Your cute sense of humour... The night doctor/nurse who told you to "just sleep" after giving you unreasonable cause for concern. NOT COOL.

I'm relieved the scare is over, and I hope today is better :( All day yesterday I was worried because, after three days of very frequent movement, I hardly felt the little guy move once. Apparently this is normal until 28 weeks or something? Still, scary.Larahttp://www.accordingtolara.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5586783510692897590.post-66014514492677137312012-03-29T08:35:06.909-07:002012-03-29T08:35:06.909-07:00Inna,
