I can't really see your house here, but I imagine it's beautiful. Your very own "Painted lady." And I *know* these houses have some incredible bones! My husband and I are under contract for a sweet little gingerbread house in the city (shh! I'm not saying anything yet on my blog). It's also a fixer upper. Today I'm meeting with our realtor, the renovation loan specialist, the contractor, the radon guy and the pest guy. Eeek.
