Skippy Says: Throwing Him A Bone (OOTD)

Since Ryan has been so nice lately, and since I've been wearing so many outfits he hates, I decided to throw him a bone and tone it down a bit today. Because apparently I've gone of the colorful deep end. What can I say? Color makes me happy. And I've never been very good at the whole moderation thing. I'm an all-or-nothing kinda gal, as evidenced by the 16+ hours of studying I did every day in law school and the embarrassingly large number of hot dogs I could consume in a single sitting before I went vegetarian. For realz. My BFF's boyfriend and I were planning on having a hot dog eating contest. It never did happen, but I assure you I would have won.

p.s.- Don't forget to enter my giveaway here!

p.p.s- Don't forget, you still have time to get $20 off your purchase at eShakti by using the promo code SAYSSKIPPY0811, valid till 31st December, 2011. Considering there is stuff on their site for as cheap as $20, I'd hurry my little tush on over :)

  4. First, and most importantly, there is this incredible hot dog place by my apartment that has, like, a million toppings and hot dog variations. AND THEY HAVE VEGGIE DOGS. It's pretty much the best place ever.

Second, I think outfit is so sweet. It is a little more toned-down than usual but still colorful and totally you :)

  7. Thanks Heather! I think this was moving in the right direction. He's like me to dress "sexier" in general but that just isn't me...so this look is a nice compromise :)

  11. I love your skirt - it's such a fun pop of color, without being too "over the top." I liked your other outfits, too, but this is a great way to tone it down while still staying true to your love of color :)

BTW... yea for you... throw the man a bone now and again. If he's a good one he deserves it... but not too often. Hee hee
